Like our Slack, Discord, PagerDuty, and Better Stack Uptime integrations, it keeps your team informed about events issues without leaving your incident management workflow.

Here's what you can do:

  • New Issue Alerts: Automatically declare an incident.io incident the moment a new event issue is detected

  • Issue Updates: Track when issues are being acknowledged or ignored, with status changes reflected on the associated incident

  • Resolution Notifications: Know immediately when issues are resolved — the linked incident is closed in incident.io automatically

  • Bi-directional Sync: Updates made in incident.io (acknowledging, resolving, declining, canceling) are reflected back on the associated Hookdeck issue via a Standard Webhooks signed webhook
