Define a key in your webhook payload. Each unique value gets its own delivery group and rate.

  • Extract keys from payload body, headers, query, or path.

  • Events rotate across active groups, idle ones don't hog capacity.

  • Per-group overrides boost VIPs or throttle greedy tenants.

See the status of all delivery groups at a glance. Notifications to Slack, Teams, PagerDuty or email alert you to problem tenants.

  • Per-tenant queue depth, throughput, and backlog age.

  • Query and filter by key, or retry a tenant's failed events.

When will Delivery Groups be generally available?

We're in active development now. Early-access partners start using it in production in the coming weeks; broader availability to follow.

Will Delivery Groups cost extra?

No — they'll be included on existing plans.

Does this replace destination-level rate limits?

No — Delivery Groups sit on top. Your existing destination rate limit stays as the absolute ceiling. Delivery Groups decide how that capacity is allocated across tenants.

Does it work with my existing destinations?

Yes. Delivery Groups are opt-in via a delivery policy on the destination. Destinations without one behave exactly as today.
