Email recipients

Issue trigger email notifications can now be sent to specific project members instead of every eligible member.

Choose All project members to keep the existing behavior, or Specific project members to select recipients for each trigger. Project access and each member's notification preferences still apply.

You can configure the same behavior through the API using channels.email.member_emails. Pass an array of current member emails to select recipients, omit the field or pass null to notify all eligible members, or pass an empty array to send no emails. Recipients remain tied to their membership, so email address changes are reflected automatically and members who leave the organization are ignored.
