Delivery groups

Destinations now support Delivery Groups, to ensure events always flow fairly among multiple tenants.

Define a key in your webhook payload (a payload body, headers, query, or path). Each unique value gets its own delivery group and rate. Events are then processed across active groups, so no single tenant hogs capacity. You can set per-group overrides to increase rates for specific tenants, or throttle known greedy ones.

Delivery groups come with full observability. You can see the status of all delivery groups at a glance from a dedicated dashboard, including per-tenant queue depth, throughput, and backlog age.

Issues are created and notifications triggered when a queue degrades, so you know which tenant is causing the problem. You can also query and filter webhooks in search by key, and use keys to retry only a tenant's failed events.

Delivery Groups are now generally available across all plans.
