In short
Export metrics to New Relic
You can now export Hookdeck Event Gateway metrics to New Relic, alongside existing Datadog and Prometheus support. The integration uses the New Relic Metrics API to send webhook delivery metrics directly to your New Relic account.
The following metrics are exported:
- Request rates (total, accepted, rejected)
- Event processing statistics (total, successful, failed, ignored)
- Delivery attempts (total, delivered, failed)
- Queue depth per destination
- Average response latency
Each metric includes attributes for team, organization, source, connection, and destination, allowing you to filter and aggregate data in New Relic dashboards. You can set up alerts on thresholds like pending attempt spikes, correlate webhook metrics with application performance, and track delivery reliability alongside other services.
Configure the integration in your project integrations by providing your New Relic Ingest License Key and Account ID. Metrics will start appearing in your New Relic account within a few minutes.
