Metric fixes
In short
Fixed oldest pending and pending count metrics in the dashboard
Some key metrics that rely on sampling have had inconsistent accuracy and quality. We've fixed those metrics to be more reliable.
Oldest pending now correctly reflects the oldest event currently waiting to be delivered.
Pending count now correctly reports the number of events pending at any given point in time.
These fixes make queue health easier, especially when investigating delivery delays and backpressure.
