Edit a destination

Editing a destination lets you change its name, destination URL, rate limit, path forwarding, and other properties.

  1. Open the Connections page.
  2. Click
    Resources
    in the header.
  3. Click the
    Destinations
    tab.
  4. Next to the destination you wish to rate limit, click

  5. Click
    Edit Destination
    .
  6. Make the desired edits to the destination.
    • To edit the destination's name, change the text in the Name field.
    • To allow the destination to send requests to an HTTP URL, select HTTP at the top.
      • To route future webhooks to a different URL, change the value in the Destination URL section.
      • To allow or disallow CLI connections, toggle the Allow CLI connections checkbox.
      • To configure a rate limit, set the desired values in the Throttled Delivery section.
      • To allow or disallow path forwarding, click the Advanced Options section and toggle the Disable path forwarding checkbox.
    • To allow the destination to send requests only to the CLI, select CLI at the top.
      • To set the path that the CLI will forward a request to on your local server, click the
        CLI
        tab and set the desired value in the CLI Path field.
      • To allow or disallow path forwarding, click the Advanced Options section and toggle the Disable path forwarding checkbox.
  7. Click
    Save
    .

Once a destination's settings have been updated, the new values take effect immediately across your workspace.
